At 1oF, every order is handled with care. Because our pieces are made in small, exclusive batches, we ask for a little patience while we make sure everything is delivered with the quality and attention

you expect.

 

Processing Time

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before shipment. During high-volume drops or

exclusive releases, processing times may extend slightly. You'll receive a confirmation email with

tracking once your order ships.

 

Shipping Times

- Domestic (U.S.): 3-7 business days after processing

- International: 7-21 business days (customs may delay delivery)

Please note: 1oF is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or customs.

 

Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping speed. Free shipping may be offered on select drops or as part of membership perks.

 

Order Issues

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbors or your local postal carrier. If it's still missing, contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date.

 

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
