Refund & Return Policy

 

At 1oF, every item is made in ultra-limited quantities - no restocks, no reproductions. Because of this exclusivity, we do not offer cash refunds, but we do accept returns for store credit on a case-by-case basis.

 

Returns for Store Credit Only

If you're not satisfied with your order, you may request a return for store credit within 7 days of delivery.

 

All returned items must be:

- Unworn and unwashed

- In original packaging with tags intact

- Free of stains, odors, or damage

- Shipped back at the customer's expense

 

Once approved, you'll receive a digital store credit code equal to your item's value (minus shipping).

This credit never expires and can be used toward future drops.

 

Not Eligible for Return

- Final sale items

- Custom, altered, or worn garments

- Requests made after 7 days of delivery
